From our first meeting with Dave and Trish, we knew that we could count on them for anything!
As we discovered, they had an answer. If they did not have an answer they would find one and call us back. If they couldn’t do it they had a referral for it! As they assisted us, we explored the house market. They were AMAZING! At each property they took us to see, they had educated themselves on everything about the home and property around it. Looking at homes was fun and relaxing.
Dave and Trish are the “King and Queen of Follow-up”! Questions and calls were returned and always answered in a timely manner. Funny enough was as you were trying to leave a message for one the other one was already calling you…. We only had to look at three houses to find the right one. We credit this to them knowing exactly what we were looking for and getting us to it. The detail that we want people to know about them is that their attention to detail is incredible! It was this that made us so at ease throughout the home buying process.

| I met Dave and Trish when I was going through a challenging period of my life and home ownership seemed far off into the future.
